My name is Joe Allen. I am a father, husband, firefighter, and financial planner who specializes in helping New Jersey's public servants make the most of their benefits and build real wealth.

My journey into financial planning started with a simple frustration: As I planned for my own family's future, I could not find a planner who truly understood the PFRS pension system, deferred compensation options, or the unique financial challenges we face in public service. Most planners wanted to sell me products I did not need and could not answer basic questions about my benefits.

So I decided to become the planner I wished I had.
